Frank Dean Lucas was born September 6, 1960 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1982 with a degree in Agricultural Economics. In 1984, he began farming and ranching full time on his family’s farm. He currently grows wheat, corn, soybeans, alfalfa and milo and maintains a cow/calf and stocker operation in Roger Mills County. Lucas was elected to the Oklahoma State House of Representatives in 1990. He resigned in 1994.read less
