Floyd F. Prozanski was born on January 28, 1953. He earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees in 1975, and his Juris Doctor in 1978. Prozanski has held leadership roles with the American Judges Association, Western Conference of Trial Judges, Oregon State Bar, and other legal organizations.
