Flavio Bravo was born and raised in California. He attended local public schools and went on to UCLA where he studied business and economics. After graduating, Flavio started his own small business doing consulting work. He helped local small businesses and non-profits improve their operations and expand their community outreach. This work sparked his interested in public policy. Looking to make a bigger impact, Flavio ran for City Council in 2009. He served two terms focused on spurring economic growth and opportunity.read less
