Eugene N. Bulso, Jr. was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He attended Notre Dame High School before earning a degree in political science and economics at DeSales University. After college, Bulso founded an IT services company focused on cybersecurity and compliance solutions for the healthcare industry. He went on to lead growth initiatives for several healthcare technology firms. Outside of work, Bulso has volunteered with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Boy Scouts of America.
