Erica Moore is a member of the Democratic Party who has represented Maryland's 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since January 3, 2019. She was elected to serve her first term in November 2018. Prior to serving in Congress, Moore was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 2007 to 2018. As a State Legislator, Moore served on the Environment & Transportation, Health and Government Operations, and Ways and Means committees.
