Eric Phillips is running for Wisconsin Governor as a Libertarian. He was an aviation mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his service, Phillips became an aircraft mechanic contractor. He obtained degrees from Madison College, Nicolet Technical College, and University of Wisconsin in mechanical design, engineering, aviation, and technology management. Phillips believes government should protect life, liberty, and property. He advocates eliminating income tax and shifting tax burden to consumption.
