Elaine J. Morgan was born in Ohio. She earned her B.A. from Miami University in 1976 and her J.D. from University of Dayton School of Law in 1979. Morgan was admitted to the bar in 1980 and is a partner with the law firm of Morgan & Morgan. Her practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability law. She has served on numerous boards and commissions focused on justice and legal issues. Morgan was appointed to the Florida Election Commission in 2018.read less
