Donna J. Boley was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She earned her B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1990. Boley served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2004 to 2016. Boley was appointed to the Oklahoma State Textbook Committee, the Health Care for the Uninsured Task Force, and the Oklahoma Juvenile Offender Task Force. She pursued efforts to provide health care for the working poor, expand education opportunities, and advocate for issues regarding children in the custody of the state.read less
