Diamond Rashelle Staton Williams was born on February 16, 1977 in San Jose, California. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science from San Jose State University in 2000. She went on to receive her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in 2003. Ms. Williams has over 15 years of professional work experience. She has worked at non-profit organizations that provide housing & shelter to domestic abuse victims.
