ABOUT
Devin R. Carney was born in Old Lyme, Connecticut. He attended Xavier High School before graduating from Boston College with a degree in finance. After college, Carney worked in the financial services industry. He served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve for eight years. In 2014, Carney was elected to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent the 23rd district. He serves on the Appropriations, Public Safety and Security, and Transportation Committees.read less
