Delores L. McQuinn was born in Richmond, Virginia. She has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2009, where she represents District 70. McQuinn sits on several committees, including Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources; Counties, Cities and Towns; General Laws; and Rules. Prior to her election, McQuinn worked as Associate Director for Health, Physical Education and Athletics in Richmond Public Schools. She also chaired the Richmond School Board and served on several education non-profit boards.read less
