David Vincent Fraser-Hidalgo is the County Judge for Harris County, Texas. He was first elected to this position in 2018. Prior to becoming County Judge, David was an attorney at his own law firm. David earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford University. He also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. David previously served on the board of directors for the Houston Parks Board and chaired the city's Ethics Commission.read less
