David Rouzer, a Republican, represents North Carolina’s 7th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. He assumed office in 2015. Before entering public service, David Rouzer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 and the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1994.
