David J. Rutigliano is a small business owner from Trumbull. He earned his MBA from the University of New Haven. David served on the Trumbull Town Council from 2009-2019. He also served as Minority Leader of the council from 2013-2017. In 2014, David founded the Trumbull Day Commission. David and his wife Jennifer have three children.
