David G. Haggan currently serves on the Highlands-Shelby Park Neighborhood Association. He attends Presentation Academy and is a parishioner at Presentation Catholic Church. David is a graduate of duPont Manual High School's Youth Performing Arts School, where his primary area of study was instrumental music. During his high school career, David served as Principal Horn of the Louisville Youth Orchestra, participated in the Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts program, and was selected to the All-State Orchestra.read less
