David A. Bennett is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 107. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010. He previously served as supervisor of the town of Boston from 1990 to 1999, as well as Boston Town Justice from 1991 to 1993. Bennett earned his BA from Canisius College in 1969.
