Cynthia Schreiber Beck was born and raised in New York. She attended Syracuse University, where she earned a degree in policy studies and economics. After college, Cynthia moved to Seattle and worked in the technology sector. She helped build small internet startups and larger companies like RealNetworks. Her policy experience comes from serving on the boards of organizations like the Technology Access Foundation. Cynthia now lives in Kirkland with her husband and two young children. She is an advocate for progressive solutions to issues like education funding, healthcare, and the environment. If elected, Cynthia pledges to bring a fresh perspective to Olympia.read less
