Clay Riley is a former County Commissioner of Stanton County. He is a native of Liberal, Kansas and still resides there today with his wife Lisa and their three children. Riley owns several small businesses and manages commercial and agricultural property in Kansas. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University in 1981. After college, Riley served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for over 20 years before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2004. He saw combat duty in Beirut, Lebanon; the Persian Gulf War; and Operation Iraqi Freedom.read less
