Cindy F. Friedman is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts State Senate, representing the 4th Middlesex district. Senator Friedman was elected to the chamber in 2008. She has a professional background working as an advocate and community organizer. Senator Friedman earned her B.A. in Political Science from Boston University in 1979.
