Christopher M. Rabb is from Philadelphia. He earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1995. Rabb was an administrative judge for over 10 years. He has served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations focused on education, youth development, and criminal justice reform. In 2018, Rabb was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 200th district. He serves on the House Appropriations, Consumer Affairs, Professional Licensure, and State Government committees.read less
