Chris Edward Phillips is from New Braunfels, Texas. He received his BA in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992, and his JD from the St. Mary's University School of Law in 1995. Phillips was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995. He has worked as an attorney for over 20 years handling criminal defense, family law, wills and probate.
