Chea Waters Evans is a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, representing District 58. Waters Evans previously served as member of the Caddo Parish School Board from 2009 to 2015. In 2014, she ran for to represent District 38 in the Louisiana State Senate, but was defeated in the general election. Waters Evans works as a real estate broker.
