Charles E. McMahon was born and raised in Binghamton, New York. He graduated from Binghamton North High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College. McMahon is a former Sergeant in the New York State Police where he served as a road trooper and field training officer. He also served on the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Gun Investigative Unit Task Force. After retiring from the State Police, McMahon worked as Director of Security at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. He lives in Vestal, NY with his wife Lisa. They have four children.read less
