Charles E. "Chuck" Martin is a Republican member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 11. Martin earned his BA in journalism from East Carolina University in 1980. Prior to his election to the State Senate, Martin served four terms in the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has served as Chairman of Health, Vice Chairman of Appropriations, and chaired the House Select Committee on Information Technology.read less
