Carolyn McGinn is a Republican member of the Kansas State Senate, representing District 31. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012. McGinn earned her AS from Pratt Community College in 1977. She went on to earn her BS from Kansas State University in 1979. McGinn is the owner of McGinn Farms and CG&S Embroidery. She previously served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 1992 and 1996.read less
