Carol Hagan McEntee was born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1990. McEntee was a member of the South Kingstown School Committee from 1994-2002. She served on the South Kingstown Town Council from 2002-2010, and was elected vice president of the Town Council in 2008. From 2011-2018, McEntee represented District 33 in the Rhode Island House of Representatives.read less
