Candice B. Pierucci is from New Albany, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 1996. She earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2000. In 1996, Pierucci was a Legal Intern for Allen County Public Defender’s Office.
