C. Todd Gilbert is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 15. He was first elected in 2005. Gilbert attended the University of Virginia and the Washington & Lee University School of Law. Gilbert is an attorney and managing partner of Gilbert & Keyser, PLLC. He also served on the Virginia Board for Contractors and worked as adjunct faculty in George Mason University's Department of Public and International Affairs. Gilbert formerly worked in the office of Virginia State Senator Stephen H. Martin as deputy chief of staff and counsel.read less
