C. Denise Marcelle is currently serving her third term as a member of the Baton Rouge Metro Council. She represents District 10 which encompasses North Baton Rouge. Denise is a graduate of Southern University with a BS in Business Management. She is very active in the community serving on various boards and commissions. Her goal is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Baton Rouge through policy change. Denise is committed to being accessible and providing strong constituent services to the residents she serves.read less
