Bruce D. Skaug earned his B.S. in Geology from Minnesota State University Mankato in 1975. He went on to earn his M.A. in Educational Administration from Minnesota State University Mankato in 1987. Skaug was a science teacher in Blue Earth Area Schools from 1975 to 2010. He also coached several sports. He retired from teaching in 2010. Skaug served as Mayor of the City of Good Thunder from 2007 to 2010. He was also a City Council member.read less
