Briana D. Sewell is from Virginia. She earned her B.A. in International Studies from American University and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. After law school, she served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Briana is a mother, small business owner, and community volunteer. She sits on the Board of Trustees for the Northern Virginia Urban League and served as the Vice Chair of the Virginia State NAACP Criminal Justice Committee. She lives in Annandale with her husband and two young daughters.read less
