Brian Oneal Biggs is from Michigan. He received his BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan. Biggs served on the staff of Congressman Bart Stupak. He worked as an Operations and Business Development Executive. Later, he co-founded a small business. Biggs and his wife Anne have three children.
