Brian J. Feldman was born and raised in Potomac, Maryland. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. In 1998, he received his law degree from Harvard Law School. Feldman worked as a lawyer before running for office. He served on the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, Feldman was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates. He has been reelected every 4 years since and currently represents District 15 in Montgomery County.read less
