Brandon D. Smith earned his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 2007. He has served as State Representative from Kentucky's 99th District since 2017. Brandon is currently on the Budget Review Subcommittee on General Government, Appropriations and Revenue Committee, and Economic Development and Workforce Investment.
