Bert K. Stedman is a Republican member of the Alaska State Senate, representing District R. Stedman earned his BBA in management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He was in the banking business for 26 years. He served on the Sitka Assembly from 2008 to 2012. Stedman and his wife Joanne have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
