Bennett Montgomery Queen's political career began when he won election to the South Carolina House of Representatives in 2018, representing District 42. He serves on the Education & Public Works Committee as well as the Legislative Oversight Committee. Prior to his election, Queen was a staff attorney for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee from 2016-2018. He also worked as an associate attorney focusing on medical malpractice law. Queen earned his B.A. in Political Science from Clemson University in 2012 and his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in 2015.read less
