Barbara Reich Freiberg taught in public schools for 33 years. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati. She received her master's degree in educational leadership from Xavier University. Freiberg served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 2001 to 2004. She focused on education issues and sponsored legislation dealing with early childhood education, reducing class sizes, and establishing academic content standards.read less
