However, here is a brief summary of Art Robinson's biography: Art Robinson is a chemist who for over 30 years directed the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine. He ran for the Republican nomination for Oregon's 4th congressional district in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018. Robinson earned his PhD in chemistry from Caltech. He founded the Linus Pauling Institute with Nobel-prize winning chemist Linus Pauling and served on the SAGE Missile Defense System project.
