Antonio "Moe" Maestas is serving his fourth term in the New Mexico House of Representatives. He represents District 16, which encompasses the heart of Albuquerque. Maestas serves on the Appropriations & Finance, Judiciary, and Taxation & Revenue Standing Committees. Maestas earned his law degree and undergraduate degrees from the University of New Mexico. He opened a private law practice in 2003 focusing on civil rights and employment law. Maestas has experience litigating First Amendment, domestic violence and voting rights cases.read less
