Anthony L. Nolan is a Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 5th Congressional District of Virginia. Nolan is the President Emeritus of Randolph-Macon College, where he served as President and Professor of Economics for 16 years. Nolan received a B.S. and M.S. in Economics from Purdue University and his Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Nolan has served on the board of directors of publicly traded and privately owned companies. He and his wife Kathy have resided in Hanover County for over 25 years.read less
