Anthony Hardy Williams is currently serving his second term as Pennsylvania's 8th District State Senator. He has focused legislative efforts on issues related to education, economic development, fiscal responsibility, public safety, and transportation infrastructure investments. Prior to being elected, Williams served as the Governor's Deputy Chief of Staff under Governor Rendell. He also served as Southeast Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Department of State from 2003-2007 under Governor Rendell. Williams began his career working on Capitol Hill.read less
