Annette M. Cleveland is a Democratic member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 46B. She was first elected in 2012 and is currently serving her fourth term. Representative Cleveland serves as the chair of the House Health Finance and Policy Committee and co-chairs the Health Care Affordability Task Force. She previously served on the Mounds View Public Schools Board of Education. Cleveland earned a BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and an MA in Leadership, Administration, and Policy from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She has been actively involved with many community organizations including Second Harvest Heartland and Mounds View Public Schools Advisory Committee.read less
