Ann McLane Kuster is a fourth term Democratic Member of Congress serving New Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District. She grew up in Concord, New Hampshire and worked for over two decades as an attorney and consultant on public policy issues including public health and women's rights. In 2009, Congresswoman Kuster founded the Capitol Hill nonprofit Women's Policy Inc.
