Ann L. Flood is the State Representative for the 129th District of Virginia. She serves on several committees including Counties, Cities and Towns as well as General Laws. Ann has worked as a Legislative Assistant and as Chief Deputy Clerk for the Richmond Circuit Court. She also served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for Henrico County. Ann earned her B.A. at Old Dominion University. She has one child.read less
