Andrea Fletcher Harrison is running as a Democratic candidate for District 3 of the North Carolina State Senate. She currently serves on the Greensboro City Council. Andrea is a graduate of Bennett College with a degree in Communications. She worked in marketing and sales before entering public office. In 2017, Andrea was first elected to Greensboro City Council. As a council member, Andrea has focused on affordable housing, transportation, public safety, and economic development issues. She serves on various boards and commissions including the Greensboro Transit Authority and Greensboro Housing Authority. Andrea lives in Greensboro with her husband and has one son.read less
