Amber M. Baker was born in Flint, Michigan. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2000. Baker went on to receive her Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan in 2003. She has worked as an Epidemiologist and Public Health Advisor. Baker served on the Genesee County Board of Commissioners from 2013 to 2018. She was elected to the Michigan House of Representatives in 2018 to represent the 48th district.read less
