Amanda N. Septimo is a native of Corpus Christi and is a graduate of Flour Bluff High School. She went on to earn a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations from Boston University. After college, Amanda worked in staffing and recruiting before becoming a high school teacher. She taught marketing, speech, debate, and served as an academic coordinator. Wanting to have a greater impact, Amanda ran for the Texas House of Representatives in 2016.read less
