Albert A. Stirpe Jr. is serving his eighth term in the New York State Assembly. He represents the 127th Assembly District, which includes the towns of Manlius, Pompey, Cazenovia, and portions of the towns of DeWitt and Sullivan. Stirpe serves as Chair of the Committee on Codes, which considers legislation relating to the administration of justice including civil practice, courts, legal procedure, corrections, and criminal offenses.
