Alan T. Seabaugh is a native of Shreveport. He attended Captain Shreve High School and Centenary College. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in accounting in 1992. After graduation, Alan worked for 7 years as an accountant in the oil and gas industry. In 1999, he formed a partnership to develop condominiums in Slidell's Olde Towne. The project successfully sold out in 2000, and he began to pursue other real estate opportunities in Baton Rouge & Shreveport. He formed and became President of Cypress Point Properties, Inc. in 2004.read less
