Aimee Adatto Freeman is running as a Democratic candidate for District 98 of the Louisiana House of Representatives. Freeman, a resident of New Orleans, has a B.A. in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Orleans. Freeman has experience working in both the public and private sectors, serving most recently as the Coastal Communities Policy Advisor for the New Orleans Mayor's Office. She has also worked as a policy analyst and consultant. If elected, Freeman states that her priorities will include investing in infrastructure, improving access to healthcare and mental healthcare services, reforming the criminal justice system, and strengthening public education. She supports policies to address systemic racism and wants to bring more inclusivity to politics.read less
